Members of The Board
The current board members are:
- Chairman: Kasper Skårhøj
- Vice Chairman: Jürgen Egeling
- Treasurer: Adrian Zimmermann
- Secretary: Gina Steiner
- 1st Assessor: (currently vacant)
- 2nd Assessor: Jens Kristian Mygent
Tasks and Responsibilities
The board is assigned to execute all administrative tasks required by these by-laws and other applicable Swiss laws.
The board is expressly in charge of:
- Representation of the TYPO3 Association in public;
- Preparation of the general assembly;
- Execution of the decisions of the general assembly;
- Installation of Committees and Representatives without decision making authority for special missions;
- Determination of the annual budget;
- Decisions on matters of a value not more than 3000 EUR;
- Issuing of regulations, that are not part of the By-laws;
- Decisions on admissions and suspension of members;
- Decisions in all other matter of particular importance;
