If you're interested in working in the R&D committee on a longterm basis, please contact the committee leader and tell him your ideas about how you can support us. You have to be a member of the TYPO3Association (active or supporting member) in order to become a member of a committee.
Hoewever, you don't have to work in the R&D committee in order to contribute or to apply for sponsorship. Just have a look at the resources page where you can place your ideas.
